OFFENSE
- Be aggressive (Don't let your opponent
dictate the match)
- Hand control (Two on One)
- Setup up shot (Shuffle, Push and Pull,
Head Position)
- Take Down and Score (Single/Double
Leg)
- Work Pinning Combination (Half,
Butcher)
- Finish! (Keep opponent down on mat!)
DEFENSE
- Hand Control (If you have his hand he
can't shoot)
- Head Position (Block his moves with
your head)
- Cross Face (Opponent takes a bad shot)
- Sprawl (Spin around to score)
- Stale Mate (Bad position on shot-don't
let go of leg)
- Mat Awareness (Out of bounds)
BASICS
- Stance (Butt down, Head up, Hands in
front, Elbows in)
- Heel, toe, knee (Good shots!)
- Single Leg (Foot on outside, Head
inside)
- Double Leg (Foot splits legs, Head in
stomach)
- Good Base (Build up and Go!)
- Stand Up (Hand control, Hips out)
